BASIN ELECTRIC LIGHT TOWERS

Basin Electric gave a $150,000 grant and we are appropriately naming it the

BASIN ELECTRIC LIGHT TOWERS!

Together with grant support from a ND Tourism grant, these two structures will stand proudly in front of our new stage and allow light to shine on shows, concerts and festivals alike.  Hats off to Basin!

STARION BANK SIDE STAGES

With naming rights, The STARION BANK STAGE WINGS are finished.  This was the complete foundation for our next building project.  We plan to go up, up and away!   With additional support from a ND Tourism grant,  we are forever indebted to Craig and Shelley Larson, Frank and JoAndrea Larson and Starion Bank for their generous support!  Bravo!

                            OUR COMMUNITY, OUR HISTORY

Sleepy Hollow Theatre & Arts Park began providing artistic opportunities to youth and audiences in the Bismarck-Mandan community in 1990. We have since produced over 50 Broadway Style Musicals for 30 years and involved 185,000 students, teachers, orchestra members, volunteers and audience members.

OUR PASSION FOR ENCOURAGING YOUTH and

OUR COMMITMENT TO EDUCATION

Our Commitment and Dedication to fanning the “spark of creativity” has grown over the years. Witnessing maturation in confidence and skills has been our inspiration. In 2007 SHTAP began producing a second musical theatre production to provide more opportunity to educate students, highlight talent and enrich our communities and state. In 2017, we started a third production due to the need for more training.

To provide focused singing, acting and dance education to talented younger performers is so rewarding, and with our expansion of Rising Stars, SH Middle School Revue, Voice Lessons, More Classes, Fairy Tale Theatre, and the Gazebo Concert Series, we find our ever expanding curriculum matching our ever expanding building projects; The Stage, The Underground Stage, The Side Stages,  Technical Backstage Buildings, Our New Gazebo Site, Front Gate Turrets, Pergolas .  We are growing, and we want you to grow with us.

A WELCOME CHANGE...

We are so grateful and appreciative towards Jim and Lori Nelson for their guidance, sponsorship and building skills in making our new

E N T R A N C E TURRETS. They are gorgeous due to their craftsmanship. This finally gives us an eye catching e n t r a n c e from the street to say

‘Welcome. Come One and All. You are Home.’ We have a sign that we are now incorporating in our new logo so that everyone knows from here on out that these turrets mean
